Our founder’s story

Construction roots.
Mo Wang founded Atelier PMO in 2023, bringing together AI expertise dating back to 2014 and a personal connection to construction. Growing up watching her mother run a construction company in China, she saw the realities of project costs, payment disputes and uncertain deliveries firsthand.
After a master’s in data science at Concordia and deploying industrial AI solutions, Mo chose to bring that experience to construction—drawn to its practical spirit and human values.
The name reflects that blend: Atelier for creativity and passion; PMO for the discipline of getting things done.
